In 1991, under the leadership of Principal Ann Rusden, the school celebrated its’ Jubilee in a number of memorable ways. One committee of ex-students worked on a project to select some alumni who had made notable achievements in various fields. Eighteen ex-students were selected for the Hall of Fame and the profiles are displayed as framed photographs, with brief biographies, on the wall of the school’s ground floor corridor. At the time all were alive, with the exception of opera singer, Marie Collier.
The Ex-Students Society acknowledges the contribution of the 1991 Hall of Fame committee: Professor Kwong Lee Dow, Professor Peter Gronn, Rex and June Thompson and Jane Leech.
